Ensure that you have thought through your business venture fully, in order that you can sell your idea to the Trustees and your proposed sureties:

• What will you be selling?
• Where will you operate from?
• What is your market?
• Who are your competitors?
• What are your costs?
• What will you charge?

You will need the answers to all these questions.

It may be that you have already approached your Bank, or the Prince's Trust for a loan.  Either will charge you interest, but possibly a top-up interest-free loan from this Charity could be the help you need to get your business going.
